2.3 Account Security

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made using only the account holder's own payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account closure.
• If your balance doesn't update after a deposit, wait up to 5 minutes, then contact support.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Before making a withdrawal, you must place at least one bet using your deposited funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the rollover requirements have been met.

Betting Rules

4.1 General Betting Terms

Please read the odds and terms carefully before placing any bets on k77bet. Once a bet slip is confirmed, bets generally cannot be cancelled.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market.
• You can place bets across multiple markets simultaneously (accumulator/combo bets).
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on opposite outcomes of the same match using multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If the odds shift while you're placing a bet, a confirmation pop-up will appear with the updated odds.

4.3 Match Cancellation & Abandonment

• If a match is fully cancelled, all wagers will be refunded.
• In cricket, bets are valid if the result is determined by the DLS method.
• If the minimum specified number of overs is not completed, the bet will be considered void.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a bonus of a set percentage on their first deposit. The following terms apply to this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• A 5x rollover on the bonus amount is required before withdrawal.
• Only bets with odds of 1.5 or higher will count toward rollover calculations.
• The rollover must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

5.2 Reload & Residency Bonus

Regular members may receive weekly and monthly reload bonuses. The bonus amount varies based on your VIP level.

5.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Closed at member's request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

9.2 Closed by k77bet

K77bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice in the event of a terms violation. Account balances may be temporarily placed on hold during an investigation.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an internal resolution, you have the right to appeal to the licensing authority.

Limitation of Liability

K77bet is not responsible for the following:

• Account compromise due to a security vulnerability on the member's own device.
• Third-party login due to member sharing their password.
• Temporary service interruptions due to external circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks).

Right to Amend Terms

K77bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
